3. Painting construction guidance

l Substrate: iron, aluminum, cast aluminum, stainless steel injection.

l Sandblasting: Use 60 mesh: 80 mesh = 1:1 brown fused alumina sand or white fused alumina sand, and the surface roughness of the workpiece after sandblasting is 3.0~3.5μm

l Dust/oil: Remove sand and dust on the surface, and ensure that the surface of the workpiece is clean and free of oil stains or other foreign matter.

l Substrate preheating: The workpiece temperature needs to be heated to 50-60° before spraying.

l Construction method: conventional air spray gun, recommended spray gun caliber primer: 1.3mm, top coat 0.8-1.3mm.

l Curing baking temperature: 280 °/10-15 minutes

4. Maturation and filtration

1)Temperature control The maturation environment and coating temperature are kept at 20~25°C;

2)The primer A component and the topcoat B component are pre-rolled, and the paint bucket rotation speed is 120~150 rpm until all the precipitate is dispersed and there is no precipitation.

3)Mix the [B] component and the C component [catalyst] first, then add the [A] component and tighten the cap, and shake quickly for 10~ 20 seconds;

4)The maturation paint barrel is rolled at a speed of 120~150 rpm for more than 6-8 hours. (The maturation time is related to temperature and speed);

5)Filter with a 300-mesh filter cloth before use. (Add pearlescent powder after straining the topcoat).

5. Storage

The paint is valid for more than 90 days under the condition of 5~25°C before maturation, and should be sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry room, avoiding direct sunlight and away from fire sources. Once the paint has matured, use it within 48 hours. If there is a part leftover, please store it in an environment of 5~10°C, and when using it after refrigeration, you must wait for the paint to heat up to room temperature (20~25°C) before use.
