Should you purchase a vehicle, it is necessary for us to verify your ownership in order to provide you with connected vehicle control features. We are required to collect your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), User ID, engine number or license plate number(optional) to assist in the completion of your vehicle ownership verification.

Should you refuse to supply information, we will be unable to confirm your identity, thus preventing us from validating your ownership and ensuring consistency in the vehicle-owner relationship.

When the vehicle that you intend to bind is already linked to another account, you can click ‘unbind with the original owner’ to forcibly unbind the vehicle from its previous association. In order to verify your identity, we require that you provide your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), government-issued ID and Vehicle Registration Certificate to aid in the confirmation of your vehicle ownership.

Once you have been successfully verified as the owner, you will have the capability to add authorised user accounts. When adding an authorised account, you must provide us with the mobile number of the authorised account in order to activate it. Please ensure that you have informed the authorised individual about the relevant circumstances and obtained their consent. For ease of managing your vehicle and to safeguard the security of both your vehicle and account, you must establish a vehicle control password, which will be used for authentication when initiating remote vehicle control functions.

We collect the location information of your vehicle and mobile device with your consent to enable the map functionalities within our App. This allows us to display your position relative to your vehicle on the map. Please be aware that if you disable the vehicle GPS location permission in the vehicle settings, we will not be able to offer you Vehicle Positioning and Navigation to vehicle services.

To facilitate timely checks on the status of your vehicle and to convey important alerts or notifications to you promptly via push messages, in-App messages, or SMS, we will collect the following information about your vehicle under different scenarios:

Please be aware that disabling the vehicle GPS or mobile device location permission in your App settings will result in the unavailability of our electronic fence service.

To achieve this, we will collect information pertaining to the battery to identify potential issues at an early stage, accurately diagnose fault types, and offer you after-sales support. We will process your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), odometer, range, speed, and vehicle battery-related data (such as battery voltage, current, temperature and fast charging status).

If we detect a high-risk alert in the condition of your battery, which threatens the life of you, fellow passengers and the public, we will contact you via App message push, vehicle system message alerts and phone calls, to provide you with emergency assistance. Processing this data is necessary to protect vital interests.
