All permanently replaced equipment and materials furnished under this Contract shall be new． Standard products of manufacturers with substantial evidence of proven quality，reliability for rhe particular applications of this Contract shall be offered．根據本合同提供的所有永久更換的設備和材料均應為新的。應提供具有大量證據證明品質、可靠性的製造商的標準產品，適用於本合同的特定應用。
