Global Gateways International Sdn.Bhd.(GGISB)is a concession company intending to propose to the Perak State Government in general and Malaysia in particular to build a new highway concession known as"Cempakasari Expressway(CSE)"which is fully financed by "Private Fund Initiative"(PFI).The main objective of this highway is to help upgrading economic development and eco-tourism in the Central Perak Area and along the highway corridor up to Lumut and Pangkor Island.With the completion of this highway,it will be able to efficiently reduce the current traveling time to a shorter and faster time,at the same time this highway will improve the logistics system between the districts in the Central Perak Area.Where this highway will connect Simpang Pulai in the east and Lumut in the west as well as Chenderiang in the south and Seri Iskandar in the central Perak turning its physical form into a" Y "letter shape. 11)Construction of the new Perak International Airport to be built in Bandar Seri Iskandar, the site of the proposed new airport is next to the alignment of the Cempakasari Expressway.The concessionaire also proposed a new intersection in Bandar Seri Iskandar to facilitate the exit and entry of vehicles to the city and the new airport. 11)在斯里依斯干达城(Bandar Seri Iskandar)建造新的霹雳国际机场(Perak International Airport),拟议的新机场选址位于查巴卡萨里大道(Cempakasari Expressway)的路线旁。
12)In line with the speed of the latest technology,the concessionaire has also proposed the construction of a sophisticated and modern commercial centralized R\&R.The Cempakasari Highway will be facilitated with new Open Toll Payment System which will help launch the toll payment system in order to reduce traffic congestion at peak times during holidays and festivals.The latest technology in traffic surveillance and monitoring systems will be used along this highway.It will be able to help the concessionaire to monitor the current situation and the readiness of daily operations more efficiently.The concessionaire also proposes to build a'Solar Plan'in the Tanjung Tualang Lake area which will produce solar energy for the use of this highway later.
