PROPOSED HIGHWAY ALIGNMENT FROM SIMPANG PULAI－SERI ISKANDAR TO LUMUT AND SERI ISKANDAR－CHENDERIANG（100．3 KM）UNDER A＂PRIVATE FUND INITIATIVE（PFI）＂ CONCESSION BY GLOBAL GATEWAYS INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD． 根据 GLOBAL GATEWAYS INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD 的“私人基金倡议 （PFI）”特许权，拟议从新邦普莱-斯里依斯干达特区到红土坎和斯里依斯干达-陈德梁（100.3 公里）的高速公路路线。
Global Gateways International Sdn．Bhd．（GGISB）is a concession company intending to propose to the Perak State Government in general and Malaysia in particular to build a new highway concession known as＂Cempakasari Expressway（CSE）＂which is fully financed by ＂Private Fund Initiative＂（PFI）．The main objective of this highway is to help upgrading economic development and eco－tourism in the Central Perak Area and along the highway corridor up to Lumut and Pangkor Island．With the completion of this highway，it will be able to efficiently reduce the current traveling time to a shorter and faster time，at the same time this highway will improve the logistics system between the districts in the Central Perak Area．Where this highway will connect Simpang Pulai in the east and Lumut in the west as well as Chenderiang in the south and Seri Iskandar in the central Perak turning its physical form into a＂ Y ＂letter shape． Global Gateways International Sdn.Bhd.（GGISB）是一家特许经营公司，打算向霹雳州政府，特别是马来西亚提议建造一条新的高速公路特许经营权，称为“Cempakasari 高速公路（CSE）”，该特许经营权由“私人基金计划”（PFI）全额资助，这条高速公路的主要目标是帮助升级霹雳州中部地区以及沿公路走廊直至红土坎和邦咯岛的经济发展和生态旅游。高速公路，将能够有效地将目前的旅行时间缩短到更短和更快的时间，同时这条高速公路将改善霹雳州中部地区之间的物流系统，这条高速公路将连接东部的新邦蒲莱和西部的红土坎，以及南部的 Chenderiang 和霹雳州中部的斯里依斯干达，将其物理形式变成“Y”字母形状。

In line with the development of Pangkor Island as a Duty Free Island in 2020，the completion of the Cempakasari Expressway is highly anticipated to compliment the economic development and tourism growth in Lumut and Pangkor Island in the near future．With the realization of this new highway，it boost a more easy and quick access to traveler＇s or tourists from the Klang Valley，the North of the Peninsula as well as from the East Coast to Lumut and Pangkor Island． 随着 2020 年邦咯岛发展成为免税岛，Cempakasari 高速公路的完工有望在不久的将来与红土坎和邦咯岛的经济发展和旅游业增长相得益彰。和邦咯岛。
The main purpose and objectives of the construction of the Cempakasari Highway are： Cempakasari 高速公路建设的主要目的和目标是：

11）Construction of the new Perak International Airport to be built in Bandar Seri Iskandar， the site of the proposed new airport is next to the alignment of the Cempakasari Expressway．The concessionaire also proposed a new intersection in Bandar Seri Iskandar to facilitate the exit and entry of vehicles to the city and the new airport． 11）在斯里依斯干达城（Bandar Seri Iskandar）建造新的霹雳国际机场（Perak International Airport），拟议的新机场选址位于查巴卡萨里大道（Cempakasari Expressway）的路线旁。
