2025年7月1日至2026年6月30日,为确保后续露天开采工作的顺利进行,开展6中以上资源量和储量的核实工作,其中主要包括地质填图、水文地质调查、工程地质调查、钻探工程施工5000-10000米及NI43-101技术报告的编制工作,预计投资1500万元;同时在2025年12月31日前,完成阶段性总结报告的编制工作。
From July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent open-pit mining operations, verification work will be conducted on resources and reserves above the 6th level. (1)充分收集矿权区地质资料和生产数据以及相关报告,加强综合分析研究与判断,编制符合实际的资源勘探与地质勘查规划与设计;
(1) Fully collect geological data and production data of the mining area as well as relevant reports, strengthen comprehensive analysis, research, and judgment, and formulate practical resource exploration and geological survey plans and designs;
(2)密切与各部室进行协调,确保钻机分别在井下和地表正常开展钻探,并根据钻探结果适时调整钻探施工计划;
(2) Closely coordinate with various departments to ensure that drilling rigs operate normally both underground and on the surface, and adjust the drilling construction plan in a timely manner based on the drilling results;
(3)顺利完成探矿权的交割工作,密切与政府相关部门和社区沟通卡西山探矿权的相关事宜,确保项目顺利实施。
(3) Successfully complete the handover of the exploration rights, maintain close communication with relevant government departments and the community regarding the Kasishan exploration rights, and ensure the smooth implementation of the project;
(4)积极与各合作单位进行沟通,完成钻探施工合同、技术服务合同等相关合同的签订工作;

(5)与招金地勘充分沟通,收集矿权区地质资料和生产数据以及相关报告,加强综合分析研究与判断,协助招金地勘编制符合实际的《卡西山SPL1519地质勘查设计(2025年度)》;

(6)编制相应的地质勘查阶段性总结,阶段性估算资源量/储量,在此基础上,编制《2026年度资源勘探和地质勘察设计》。

(7)采矿部做好配合工作,协助完成钻机机台与岩芯的转运工作;职业健康与培训部负责现场安全监督与保卫工作;生产部做好各部门协调工作,配合地测部进行相关钻探设计;化验与环境部负责化验与钻探项目的环保检测工作。

(4)生产部负责调度各部门配合采矿、选矿、尾矿处理工作,其中工程部确保提升与设备维修,技术服务部保障排水进度,负责现场通风工作,车辆维修部做好井上井下车辆的维保工作,生产部与地测部负责摸排新矿体、规划高品位采场,化验与环境部确保化验结果准确,做好环保检测工作、职业健康与培训部做好生产现场的安全工作。

(1)立足生产现状,协调各部门保证现有作业面正常出矿,稳定现有产量,采矿生产二季度末小幅度增产到1000t/d,优先保证排水,恢复高品位地段;
(1) Based on the current production status, coordinate with various departments to ensure normal ore output from existing working faces, stabilize current production levels, and achieve a slight increase in mining production to 1,000 t/d by the end of Q2, prioritizing drainage and restoring high-grade sections;
(2)引进国内作业队伍,对残留高品位的矿体进行回收;
(2) Introduce domestic mining teams to recover residual high-grade ore bodies;
(3)根据排水进度,增加作业设备,逐步恢复深部中段高品位采场出矿,三季度逐步增加入选品位,并将出矿量稳定在1000t/d以上;
(3) According to drainage progress, increase operational equipment to gradually restore ore output from high-grade stopes in deeper levels, progressively raise processing grades in Q3, and maintain ore output above 1,000 t/d;
(4)提质增量。新增作业设备,四季度将出矿量突破1200t/d,确保年度出矿计划的完成,优化采矿方法,降低损失贫化率,增加入选品位;
(4) Quality improvement and quantity increase. Add new operating equipment to exceed the daily ore output of 1,200 tons in the fourth quarter, ensuring the completion of the annual ore production plan. Optimize mining methods to reduce loss and dilution rates while increasing the feed grade.
(5)完成通风系统改造,改善井下作业环境后,对菲利普井高温地段进行开拓,增加高品位矿石产出;
(5) Complete the ventilation system renovation to improve underground working conditions, then develop high-temperature sections of the Philip Shaft to increase high-grade ore production.
(6)对选厂工艺流程进行优化,通过控制磨矿细度,增加回收率;

(7)进行局部流程考察,根据考察结果对浮选流程进行调整,对现有浮选机安装刮板,提高泡沫刮出量,安装自动加药机、浓度计等自动控制设备;
(7) Conduct localized process assessments and adjust flotation circuits based on findings. Install scrapers on existing flotation machines to increase froth removal, and add automated control equipment such as automatic reagent feeders and density meters.
(8)开展尾矿粗粒级再磨再选试验,对部分浮选机进行升级改造,维持液位稳定;对浮选工艺及浓度、细度、药剂制度等进行全面调整,确保回收率达标;
(8) Conduct re-grinding and re-selection tests for coarse-grained tailings, upgrade and renovate part of the flotation machines to maintain stable liquid levels; comprehensively adjust flotation processes, including concentration, fineness, and reagent regimes to ensure recovery rates meet standards;
(9)利用入选品位提高的基础,进一步提高选矿回收率;

(10)尾矿回收厂上半年确保稳定产量,同时对招金地勘勘查的高品位尾矿进行摸排;

(11)完成新的尾矿管路架设,增加尾矿处理量,同时对120浓密机进行加固与CIP罐体进行加固,提高设备运转效率。
