Article (4) Capital and Shares

Article (8) Relinquish the Shares

The founder of the company has the right to waive shares in the company or any part thereof to others in accordance with a redactor authenticated by the official authorities. The founder of the company is entitled to enter a person who desires to be a partner and enter into the contract any amendments he considers to be in favor of the future purpose of the company, taking in to account the provisions of Law No. (32) for the year 2021 regarding commercial companies.

Article (10) Financial Year

The financial year shall commence at the beginning of January and end at the end of December of each year, provided that the first year shall include the period from the date of final incorporation of the Company till the coming December.

Annual net profit shall be considered after deducting all general expenses and other costs. 10% (ten Percentage) shall be deducted to form legal reserve as stipulated in law. Such deduction shall be stopped if the legal reserve reached 50% of the capital.

Article (12) Concluding Provisions
