Joseph Toruno and Mayo Toruno (herein after known as Buyer) agrees to purchase from Hong Yuan Qiu and Jiang Hong Li, (hereinafter known as Seller) the real property set forth herein per the terms, conditions, consideration and instructions hereinafter state.
