I would never have a smoothie or soup on the same day since they were my main calorie source. So I’d have a smoothie one day, and a soup the next day. Drinking 3-4 Litres of water is such an important part of the fast. It kept me occupied with something to do and it was like having a mini goal everyday. Anytime I felt hungry I’d chug water.在禁食期间,每天喝 3 到 4 升水是如此重要。这让我有事可做,每天都有个小目标。每当感到饥饿时,我就大口喝水。
I wouldn’t drink juices as they came because they surprisingly have a lot of calories/sugar and it would slow down ketosis. I would instead carbonate them or dilute them with either Sprite Zero or water.我不会直接喝那些果汁,因为它们的热量/糖分出乎意料地高,这会减缓酮症的进程。我会选择把它们加气,或者用零度雪碧或水稀释。

I added kale to my smoothies for iron. I also used coconut water for magnesium and potassium. Orange juice for vitamin c and calcium. I did minimal exercise. I SOMETIMES did stretches. I walked to school and work so my commute would add up to 10 thousand steps. Majority of the time I was at home so I wasn’t doing much exercice.我几乎没怎么锻炼。有时会做做伸展运动。我步行去上学和上班,这样一天下来大概能走一万步。大多数时间我都在家,所以锻炼得不多。
I lost majority of my weight in the first few weeks. I was losing 2 pounds a day consistently. It was pretty noticeable after week 2. However, it did slow down so I did a day of water fasting to boost results here and there.我在最初的几周内减掉了大部分体重。我每天稳定减重 2 磅。两周后效果就很明显了。不过后来减重速度变慢了,所以我偶尔会进行一天的水断食来加快减重效果。
