4 Technical Requirements for Equipment Characteristics

10 Requirements for Installation and Commissioning:

10.1 Installation and commissioning of equipment by the Contractor’s specialists at the Customer’s premises shall be provided in the contract.

If the acceptance results are positive, a preliminary acceptance certificate for the machine is drawn up, and the results obtained are entered into the machine certificate.

11.2.3. Materials, tools, measuring instruments for conducting primary tests shall be provided by the Contractor, the workpiece for producing the trial part shall be provided by the Contractor.

11.5 Materials for conducting final tests, measuring instruments and a workpiece for the manufacture of a trial batch of parts shall be provided by the Customer. The tests shall be carried out with cutting tools and tooling from both the Contractor and the Customer, to avoid disagreements.

The Contractor shall ensure qualified customer support within the entire lifespan of the machine, including:
