Hyde Marine crane technician attended the vessel and
carried out all deck crane's thorough inspection & adjustment
jobs, the details described as following :
1) Checked all deck crane's oil levels & e-motor's insu-
lations, the results are good.
2} Checked all deck crane's limit switches and hydraulic
pressure settings, and found some of them were slipped, then
readjusted them to normal settings.
3) Checked all deck crane's sheaves/bearings/wire ropes
and found some of them were worn down over limits, recommend
to replace it with spare parts. the detailed defecive ones
were listed in the attached sheets.

Defective parts finding during inspection of deck cranes 在甲板起重机检查过程中发现有缺陷的零件

1)All deck crane’s jib jib body rusted, recommend to chipping and touch it up. 1）所有甲板起重机的臂架本体生锈，建议进行碎裂和修补。
2)All deck crane’s handrail/ladders rusted seriously, recommend to chipping&touch it up. 2）所有甲板起重机的扶手/梯子生锈严重，建议碎裂和修补。
3) No1,2,4 deck crane’s limit calibration dail and indicators damaged, recommend to replace & refit it with spare parts. 3） No1,2,4 甲板起重机的极限校准标签和指示器损坏，建议用备件替换和改装。
4) All deck crane’s hook block bolts rusted seriously, recommend to replace them with spare parts. 4） 所有甲板起重机的钩座螺栓生锈严重，建议更换备件。
5) All deck crane’s operator cabin and fixing bolts were rusted seriously, recommend to repair it. 5） 所有甲板起重机的驾驶室和固定螺栓生锈严重，建议修理。
6) All deck crane’s jib root bearing’s fixing bolts for connection flange were rusted seriously, recommend to replace them with spare parts. 6） 所有甲板起重机的臂根轴承的连接法兰固定螺栓生锈严重，建议更换备件。
