HZS35 Concrete Batching Plant is a forced, high-efficiency type of equipment, capable of producing various types of concrete such as plastic and dry-hard concrete. It has high production efficiency and is widely used in small-scale construction projects, road and bridge construction, as well as prefabricated plants producing concrete products. It is an ideal equipment for producing ready-mixed concrete. If needed, it can also be built as a dual-line system to achieve higher output.
Its main features:
1, The main machine adopts the self-manufactured JS750 type double-shaft forced mixer of our company, with a cycle time of 72 seconds per cycle. When paired with the batching machine, the theoretical production rate is 35m3/h. The actual production capacity can reach 20-25m3/h, equipped with high-wear-resistant mixing arms, offering high wear resistance; Sealing protection technology, saving construction costs;
2, Aggregates are batched using the PLD1200 type batching machine, ensuring accurate measurement and high production efficiency.
3、The mixing of cement, water, and liquid admixtures is measured using electronic scales, ensuring high mixing accuracy.
4、The water supply system employs a pump pressurization principle to increase water flow speed, ensuring uniform spraying
