7.3. Implement the "Precursor Chemicals Management System", designate managers of toxic and harmful chemicals, control the use and recording of toxic and harmful chemicals, and avoid the outflow of toxic and harmful chemicals. 8. Pest control

8.1. Maintain building structures that avoid insect invasion in production and storage sites, and eliminate flying and reptile invasions.

8.2. All workshops and departments carry out pest control work in accordance with regulations

8.4. The production center and asset management department collect and review the pest control plan submitted by each department, prepare the company's pest control plan, and send it to each department according to the requirements of the company's documents after reporting to the management representative for approval.

8.5. The company's pest control plan should show the treatment site, responsible department, unit, pest control and work objectives, control measures, activity date/cycle, drugs, equipment and methods of use/deployment location, recording and verification methods, and relevant safety requirements.

8.6. All departments carry out pest control actions according to the planned arrangement to ensure the achievement of pest control goals. Set up pest control devices according to the layout of pest control equipment and rodent trapping equipment, check their effectiveness and record them; Maintain the effectiveness of building structures and ventilation and drainage outlets in production and storage sites to prevent pest invasion.

8.7. The production center and asset management department verify the effectiveness of pest control in each unit according to the plan, record and correct the existing non-conformities.

8.8. Any arrangements or measures in the implementation of the pest control plan are not applicable, or appropriate adjustments should be made according to the progress of the work, revised by the implementing department, reviewed by the production center and asset management department, and reported to the management representative for approval before updating the plan.

8.9. The use of pesticides must be operated by trained employees, and the quantity, concentration, time, location, method of use, and target pests must be recorded in detail when using pesticides.

9. Personnel health and hygiene

It includes the health and hygiene management of personnel in production and storage sites, including other personnel entering these premises for any reason.

The human resources department is responsible for the organization of employee health examination, keeping inspection records, compiling the "employee health examination form", and establishing employee health records.

The Human Resources Department is responsible for allocating production operators who have been trained in health and meet health requirements, and new recruits should undergo health checks before taking up their posts.
