We, the under signed, being the Buyer and Seller to Contract No. 2501899-S dated the $16{}^{\text{th}}$$16{}^{\text{th }}$16^("th ")16{ }^{\text {th }} day of July 2025, agree to amend the contract as follows:
我们，作为合同编号 2501899-S 的买方和卖方，于 2025 年 7 月 $16{}^{\text{th}}$$16{}^{\text{th }}$16^("th ")16{ }^{\text {th }} 日签署本合同，同意按如下内容修正合同：
(1) Page 2, Clause 4 (QUOTATIONAL PERIOD), paragraph 1 shall add the following new paragraphs:
(1) 第 2 页，第 4 条（引号），第 1 段应增加以下新段落：

The Quotational Period (QP) for Silver for each shipment is defined as last trading day of the third calendar month following the month of shipment.
每批货物的白银引号期（QP）定义为装运月份之后第三个日历月的最后一个交易日。
(2) Each party is bound by Contract No. 2501899-S as amended by this Amendment.
(2) 各方均受编号为 2501899-S 的合同及其修订案的约束。
(3) This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and all those counterparts, taken together, will be deemed to constitute the same instrument.
(3) 本修订案可签署多份副本，所有这些副本合在一起应被视为同一份文件。
(4) This Amendment is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the law in force in England.
(4) 本修订案受英国现行法律管辖，并依该法律进行解释。
