1-2:电气原理
1-2: Electrical Principles
本机床电气控制系统是以PLC为核心,配以电器控制及液压控制,以实现机床各动作,主要操作按键均以操作台为主,左右侧辊、下辊同步数字控制必须在操作台操作状态下操作控制。各动作移动的数字通过触摸屏界面显示,便于直观操作,由于左右侧辊及下辊工作,翻倒架工作均以液压源为动力,动作前请先启动油泵电机。
The electrical control system of this machine tool is centered around the PLC, supplemented by electrical and hydraulic controls to achieve various machine tool operations. The main operation buttons are primarily on the control panel. The synchronized digital control of the left and right rollers and the lower roller must be operated in the control panel mode. The digital movement of each action is displayed on the touch screen interface for intuitive operation. Since the left and right rollers and the lower roller, as well as the tilting frame, are powered by a hydraulic source, please start the oil pump motor before operating.

机床所选用PLC为S7-200 Smat系列多功能控制器,控制器由电源部分,CPU部分,输入部分,输出部分所组成。框架部分-----用于安放CPU,输入,输出部分,并提供PLC机所需的各种电源。CPU部分---是PLC的“大脑”,它读入输入模块的状态,根据已存入的用户逻辑进行判断,然后控制输出模块驱动控制对象。输入部分----该部分把外部设备(按钮,触摸屏,位移传感器,数显仪输入输出信号等)的状态转换成CPU模块可接收的信号,并送到CPU的存储器中,外部设备接通时该点被点亮;输出部分---该部分是根据CPU的控制指令驱动控制对象(继电器,驱动线路板,接触器,电磁阀,指示灯等)。
The PLC selected for the machine is the S7-200 Smat series multi-functional controller, which consists of a power supply section, CPU section, input section, and output section. Frame section ----- used to hold the CPU, input, and output sections, and provides various power sources required by the PLC. CPU section --- is the "brain" of the PLC, it reads the status of the input modules, makes judgments based on the stored user logic, and then controls the output modules to drive the controlled objects. Input section ---- this section converts the status of external devices (buttons, touchscreens, displacement sensors, digital display input/output signals, etc.) into signals that the CPU module can receive and sends them to the CPU's memory, the point is lit when the external device is connected; Output section --- this section drives the controlled objects (relays, drive circuit boards, contactors, solenoid valves, indicator lights, etc.) based on the control instructions of the CPU.

按“下辊上升”按钮,PLC输入点I1.0/110动作,输出模块Q1.3/413,Q2.1/421, Q0.3/403动作,带动YV18/18,YV16/16,YV2/10使下辊两侧同时上升。

注:左右辊及下辊均设有翻倒侧和固定侧单独上升/下降(单升按钮切换)功能,可以对辊子的当前位置进行修正。

G:主辊正转

按“主辊正转”PLC输入点I1.6/116动作,输出模块Q2.4/424带动YV19/11提供主辊正转动力源。主辊正转后不可立即反转,只能在2秒钟后反转。当 主辊连续 按钮在连续状态时,主辊将连续正转。主辊正转时,其数显值应该是增加的。
Pressing the "Main Roller Forward Rotation" button makes PLC input point I1.6/116 activate, output module Q2.4/424 drives YV19/11 to provide power for the main roller's forward rotation. After the main roller rotates forward, it cannot reverse immediately; it can only reverse after 2 seconds. When the "Main Roller Continuous" button is in the continuous state, the main roller will rotate continuously forward. When the main roller rotates forward, its digital display value should increase.
H:主辊反转

按“下辊反转”PLC输入点I1.7/117动作,输出模块Q2.5/425带动YV20/12提供主辊反转动力源。主辊反转后不可立即正转,只能在2秒钟后正转。当 主辊连续 按钮在连续状态时,主辊将连续反转。主辊反转时,其数显值应该是减少的。
Pressing "Lower roller reverse" PLC input point I1.7/117 activates, and output module Q2.5/425 drives YV20/12 to provide power for the main roller reverse. After the main roller reverses, it cannot immediately reverse forward; it can only reverse forward after 2 seconds. When the "Main roller continuous" button is in continuous mode, the main roller will continuously reverse. When the main roller reverses, its digital display value should decrease.
I:翻倒架翻倒
I: Overhead frame tilt
当下辊位于下位时,按“翻倒架翻倒”按钮,I2.0/120点动作,使输出模块Q2.2/422, Q0.2/402,Q0.4/404 动作带动YV17/13,YV1/9,YV3/27电磁阀动作,当翻倒架下至极限位时由“翻倒到位”限位开关来切断翻倒动作回路。注:下辊下位值在系统参数画面设定。
When the lower roller is at the lower position, pressing the "Overhead frame tilt" button I2.0/120 activates output modules Q2.2/422, Q0.2/402, Q0.4/404, driving solenoid valves YV17/13, YV1/9, YV3/27 to actuate. When the overhead frame tilts to the limit position, the "Limit switch at position" limit switch cuts off the tilt action circuit. Note: The lower position value of the lower roller is set in the system parameters screen.
L:翻倒架复位
L: Overturning frame reset
按“翻倒架复位”按钮,I2.1/121点动作,输出模块Q2.3/423, Q0.2/402,Q0.4/404带动YV18/14,YV1/9,YV3/27电磁阀动作,带动翻倒架复位,当复位至上极限时,由限位开关SQ2检测,经2~3S延时切断复位回路,以便翻倒架充分复位。
Pressing the "Overturning frame reset" button I2.1/121 activates output module Q2.3/423, Q0.2/402, Q0.4/404, which in turn drives solenoid valves YV18/14, YV1/9, YV3/27 to reset the overturning frame. When the reset reaches the upper limit, the limit switch SQ2 detects it and cuts off the reset circuit after a 2~3-second delay to ensure the overturning frame is fully reset.
M:上辊位置的检测

在下辊两侧及左右辊两侧分别装有位移传感器,以检测各个辊子升降移动位移,当下辊及左右辊油缸均位于最下位时,请在触摸屏清零画面按各自的清零键各一次,即显示零,为机床原点。辊子上升时为正显示,建议每次开机时,请先检查此原点。注:按相应的红色字3秒即可清零。
Displacement sensors are installed on both sides of the lower roller and on both sides of the left and right rollers to detect the vertical movement displacement of each roller. When both the lower roller and the left/right roller cylinders are in their lowest positions, please press their respective zeroing keys once on the touch screen zeroing screen to display zero, indicating the machine's origin. The roller's upward movement is displayed as positive. It is recommended to check this origin each time the machine is turned on. Note: Press the corresponding red text for 3 seconds to zero.

Note:另外本系统还设置了补偿参数画面,以便两侧油缸不等高时进行补偿设定;

Taking the lower roller as an example.
1首先在 系统参数 主菜单 下点击参数二 进入 补偿参数画面
1 First, click on Parameter Two under the System Parameters main menu to enter the Compensation Parameters screen
2 在没有调试设定前补偿参数设定值均为零;
2 Before debugging settings, the compensation parameter set values are all zero;
3 调试时,首先确定下辊上升时,翻倒侧Yf 、固定侧Yg 两个数值均为正;

4 将下辊下降至最低位,下降时可以同时按自动停止按钮(取消同步功能),按下辊清零按钮3秒,将下辊两侧数据清零。

5 按 下辊上升 按钮,将下辊上升至上辊,可单边调整使下辊两端与上辊平行即可。

翻倒侧Yf与固定侧Yg 当前值,哪一侧油缸数显值小就在补偿参数画面对该侧补偿值进行设定(小多少就补偿多少),补偿完成后,此时两侧数显应该一样,补偿参数设定完成。也可以按下辊补偿按钮3秒自动补偿。
Flip the current values of Yf on the side to be overturned and Yg on the fixed side. Whichever side's hydraulic cylinder digital display value is smaller, set the compensation value on that side in the compensation parameter display (compensate by how much it is smaller). After compensation is completed, the digital displays on both sides should be the same, and the compensation parameter setting is complete. It can also be automatically compensated by pressing the lower roller compensation button for 3 seconds.
O:各坐标位点的设定

为提高批量卷制板材的效率和保证卷制板材的位移精度,可选择先在触摸屏(或数显仪)中分别设置各坐标的设定数值, 卷制工作时,下辊及左右辊分别上升至设定数值时将自动停止。
To improve the efficiency of batch rolling of sheet materials and ensure the displacement accuracy of the rolled sheet materials, you can first set the set values of each coordinate in the touch screen (or digital display) respectively. During rolling work, when the lower roller and the left and right rollers rise to the set values, they will automatically stop.

在进行自动操作之前,首先需要选择确定 对料辊 是左棍还是右辊,自动卷制方式是正常情况下为左辊

卷圆模式还是自由轮廓模式。

对料,1:打开对料画面,设定对料参数

注:操作时,需先先输入BT打开密码1111。以防误操作。

板厚:卷制板材的厚度;
Sheet thickness: The thickness of the sheet being rolled;
对料间隙:下辊行程-(板厚+对料间隙)=下辊对料时上升的高度;
Alignment gap: Lower roller stroke - (Sheet thickness + Alignment gap) = The height the lower roller rises during alignment.
左棍对料设定:左棍对料时的上升高度;
Left roller material setting: The rise height when the left roller engages the material;
右辊对料设定:右辊对料时的上升高度;
Right roller material setting: The rise height when the right roller engages the material;
对料时间:放板材对正时间;
Material engagement time: The time to align the plate;
夹紧系数:下辊上升夹紧板材时高度=下辊行程-(板厚+夹紧系数)(上升为正)
Clamping coefficient: The height when the lower roller clamps the plate during its rise = Lower roller travel - (Plate thickness + Clamping coefficient) (Rise is positive)
退料长度:对料完成后,对料辊到上下辊中心的距离。
Reel length: The distance from the reel to the center of the upper and lower rollers after material alignment is complete.
1-3- 2:如是卷圆模式,点击卷圆工艺,打开左辊对料参数 (如右棍对料打开右棍对料参数)

左辊下降1:对料辊(左辊)下降至设定高度;

注:默认对料以从右边进板,左辊对料。如需右辊对料,对料辊选择切换即可。

1-3-3:如是自由轮廓模式,点击自由轮廓,打开自由轮廓工艺

如上图所示,程序将对料完成后,将按照1—12步执行,设定数据为零时,将不执行,如上图第6行数据设定全为零,程序将结束自动运行。
As shown in the figure above, after the alignment is completed, the program will execute steps 1—12. If the set data is zero, it will not be executed. As shown in the figure, if the data in the 6th row is set to zero, the program will end the automatic operation.

对料完成后,将把“退料长度”自动传送到“旋转当前值”,按 一键启动 自动对料结束后将自动运行分步设定,最后翻倒取料。
After loading the material, the "Reel-off Length" will be automatically transferred to "Rotating Current Value". Press the "One-touch Start" button to automatically load the material. After the automatic loading is completed, the step-by-step settings will be automatically executed, and finally the material will be flipped and taken.
1-4:数据储存

对料参数、分步运行数据设定完成后,可以对当前的设定参数进行储存,同时也可以对已经储存的数据进行调用。不同卷制方式,进入相应的配方存储。
After completing the loading parameters and step-by-step operation data settings, the current settings can be stored. At the same time, previously stored data can also be called. For different winding methods, enter the corresponding recipe storage.

1-4-1配方上传 如第一次使用配方存储,可以将对料参数、自动运行参数进行上传;

点击左边 配方数据记录1 打开后,点击 上传配方 ,对料参数、自动运行参数将自动上传至 配方数据记录1,如需重新命名,点击 配方命名,输入你需要保存的文件名即可,点击保存;也可以打开 配方数据记录1或点击 创建 直接输入数据,重新命名保存。

先选择需要调用的配方,同时打开该配方,点击 下载配方 即完成该配方的调用。

1-5:机器的操作

合上电柜内各断路器, 为各电机、控制回路工作提供电源准备。关上电柜门, 合上电柜右侧断路器, 为机床提供总电源且“电源指示”, 指示灯亮.按“油泵启动”按钮“,油泵运行”指示灯亮,因机床翻倒侧机架正常情况下应处于复位状态,同时“翻倒架复位” 指示灯亮,为左右辊、下辊及翻倒架动作作准备。机床电源接通后,触摸屏数显仪将会自动显示上次关机时的数值.(注:如按清零键,将使此坐标清零。)
Close all circuit breakers inside the electrical cabinet to prepare power for the motors and control circuits. Close the electrical cabinet door, then close the circuit breaker on the right side of the electrical cabinet to provide the main power to the machine and "Power Indicator," the indicator light is on, press the "Oil Pump Start" button, "Oil Pump Running" indicator light is on, the machine should be in the reset state when it is overturned, and the "Overturn Frame Reset" indicator light is on to prepare for the action of the left and right rolls, lower roll, and overturn frame. After the machine power is turned on, the touch screen digital display will automatically display the values at the time of the last shutdown. (Note: If the clear zero key is pressed, this coordinate will be cleared.)

友情提醒:当左右辊、下辊的《Yf》和《Yg》后面的数字值(当前位置值)都分别等于《Yf翻倒侧》和《Yg固定侧》下面的数字值(当前设定值)时,操作左右辊上升、下辊上升按钮将无效,因为系统不但能实现同步升降功能,而且还能实现上升预置定位功能。如工作需要再次上升运行,请同时按动《自动停止》和需要操作的上升按钮,将再次上升运行(但是这时候同步、定位功能将不运行)。
Friendly reminder: When the numerical values (current position values) after 《Yf》 and 《Yg》 of the left and right rolls and lower roll are respectively equal to the numerical values (current setting values) below 《Yf flip side》 and 《Yg fixed side》, pressing the buttons to raise the left and right rolls and lower roll will be ineffective, because the system not only achieves the synchronous lifting function but also achieves the rise preset positioning function. If the work requires another run-up operation, please press the 《Auto Stop》 and the required rise button simultaneously to perform another run-up operation (but at this time, the synchronous and positioning functions will not operate).
当卷制完工件后,需取出工件,将下辊下降至最下位,此时“下辊下位”指示灯亮,这时候按“翻倒架翻倒”让翻倒架翻倒至水平位,或由限位开关自动停止,便于取出工件;取出工件后,按“翻倒架复位”使翻倒架充分复位,同时“翻倒架复位” 指示灯亮,当完成所有工件后,关闭油泵,电柜右侧断路器总电源开关拨于“OFF”位,切断总电源。

1-6-1:各电机均有相应断路器作过电流保护和热继电器作过负荷保护。

根据电气外部接线图接好各电机,限位开关,电磁阀等接线,并保证各带电体接地线接地可靠。

在未开油泵电机前,先检查各电磁阀动作正确性,调定各热继电器的电流值,检查各电机的方向和限位开关的可靠性和正确性,各电机电流在允许范围内。各位移传感器连接块安装位置及牢固,试设定各坐标值并在预置状况下运行确定设定各动作准确性可靠性,在确认一切完好情况下,方可进行机床的正常卷制。
Before starting the oil pump motor, first check the proper operation of all solenoid valves, set the current values of each thermal relay, check the direction and reliability and correctness of the limit switches for each motor, and ensure that the current of each motor is within the allowable range. Check the installation position and firmness of each displacement sensor block, set each coordinate value and run in the preset condition to determine the accuracy and reliability of each action. Only after confirming that everything is in good condition can the normal winding of the machine tool be carried out.

定期检查各按钮,指示灯,限位开关,电池阀,接触器,触摸屏(数显仪)设定点的动作可靠性,PLC输入输出点的动作,每天一次。
Regularly check the action reliability of various buttons, indicator lights, limit switches, battery valves, contactors, touch screens (digital indicators) set points, PLC input and output points. (Once a day)
故障指示灯亮为电机过载指示以及操作错误指示,主辊正反转电机过载、油泵电机过载,相应热继电器动作,指示灯为1秒闪烁;请检查电机过载原因,确认排除后,按热继电器复位键,使机床恢复工作。
When the fault indicator light is on, it indicates motor overload and operational error. For overload of the main roller forward and reverse motors and oil pump motor, the corresponding thermal overload relay activates, and the indicator light flashes for 1 second. Please check the cause of the motor overload, confirm and eliminate it, then press the reset key of the thermal overload relay to restore the machine's operation.
