1G.Complete A class / World top 50 Bank details issuing Bank Instruments for the commodity. 1G. 完成 A 类/世界前 50 名银行发行该商品的银行票据的详细信息。
2.The Seller issues the Sales Agreement (PA) to the Buyer along with their CIS and NCNDA/IMFPA. 2.卖方向买方签发销售协议（PA）以及其 CIS 和 NCNDA/IMFPA。
3A. The Buyer reviews, modifies if any, in consultation with Sellers Authorizec Representative, signs the Sales Contract. 3A.买方与卖方授权代表协商审核、修改（如有必要）后，签署销售合同。
3B. The Buyer issues BCL in favor of Seller accommodating value for the Trial Quantity and signs NCNDA, IMFPA and send it back to the Seller along with the /SBLC/ DLC verbiage from the issuing Bank, alternatively the seller would send acceptable SBLC/ DLC Bank Verbiage from the receiving Bank to Buyer to accelerate fast track transaction to avoid any delay 3B. The Intermediaries of Buyer side flls, signs, attach Passport copies NCNDA, IMFPA 3B. 买方向卖方开具 BCL，以调整试制数量的价值，并签署 NCNDA 和 IMFPA，并将其连同开证银行的 SBLC/DLC 文件一起寄回卖方。或者，卖方可以将收款银行可接受的 SBLC/DLC 银行文件发送给买方，以加快交易速度，避免任何延误。3B. 买方中介机构填写、签署并附上 NCNDA 和 IMFPA 的护照复印件。
4.Upon Selle’s acceptance of the Draft Transferable Non Transferable SBLC/DLC, Buyer’s Bank shallisue a confirmed Transferable Non Transferable SBLC/ DLC to Seller’s nominated Bank from TOP 50 World Bank, 4.卖方接受可转让不可转让 SBLC/DLC 汇票后，买方银行应向卖方指定的世界 50 强银行开具一份保兑的可转让不可转让 SBLC/DLC。
5.The Seller issues PPoP from Seller’s Bank to Buyer’s Bank directly within 05 days. 5.卖方在 05 天内从卖方银行直接向买方银行开具 PPoP。
6. Upon confirmation of the SBLC/DLC for a minimum tenure of 366 days by Seller’s Bank provide a 2% Perforrmance Bond to the Buyer. 6. 卖方银行确认 SBLC/DLC 的最短期限为 366 天后，向买方提供 2% 的履约保证金。
7.Full POP will be provided by the Seller at loading port which includes photos and video of the stock/product for immediate shipping to buyer only including SGS report. 7.卖方将在装货港提供完整的 POP，其中包括库存/产品的照片和视频，以便立即发货给买家，包括 SGS 报告。
8.The Seller shall prepare the commodity for shipping and delivery within 21 banking days of receipt of Transferable /Non Transferable SWIFT SBLC/DLC for a minimum tenure of 366 days, which would be used for one year shipments only to buyer accordingly, Buyer are invited for loading inspections and quality check assessments 8.卖方应在收到可转让/不可转让 SWIFT SBLC/DLC 后 21 个银行工作日内准备好货物进行装运和交付，最短期限为 366 天，仅用于一年的装运给买方，并邀请买方进行装运检验和质量检查评估
9.Buyer pay sller within seven days of the arrival of goods at the destination Port after inspection report by SGS or CCIC, payment via TT/MT103 to Seller’s Bank account and the goods ownership reverse to buyer accordingly. 9.货物到达目的港后，买方凭 SGS 或 CCIC 检验报告，七日内以 TT/MT103 方式向卖方银行账户付款，货物所有权转归买方。
10.Delivery date would be given within 21 banking days after the receipt of the Swift DLO MT700 by Seller through shipping via a reliable global shipping company to buyer 10.卖方通过可靠的全球运输公司向买方发送 Swift DLO MT700 后，将在 21 个银行工作日内交付货物
11’The latest Test and Analysis report of Aluminum Ingot 99.7%99.7 \% shall be provided at the loading port with the exact goods prepared for buyer only before shipping accordingly 11'应在装运港提供铝锭 99.7%99.7 \% 的最新测试和分析报告，并在装运前为买方准备好准确的货物
