Wards now display new, dynamic indicators when placing them. The indicators show targeted location, placement location, and whether the locations are valid or not, at all points of the map.

Removed: Wards are no longer classified as minions for targeting purposes. For example, they will no longer block Rammus'Powerball or intercept skill shots.
Sight is a property of units, structures, certain summoner spells, items, and abilities that represents a team possessing vision of a target area or unit. It is always center range. A line of vision cannot extend beyond terrain or an unrevealed brush.
Sight can also refer to an effect that makes a unit visible regardless of the fog of war or brush, allowing them to be targeted. Standard sight cannot see stealthed units, but True Sight can.
Nearsight is a crowd control debuff that inhibits sight; allied vision is lost in addition to a reduced sight radius.
Obscured vision is similar to sight in a way that it can observe units, but does not render units targetable, rather it exposes their position and informs of their presence.
Unobstructed vision is a form of sight that allows a unit to be able to see their full vision radius, ignoring any obstructions that would otherwise restrict visibility.
All effects that use unit-targeting require sight of the target. Delayed unit-targeted attacks and spells can cancel if sight of the selected target is suddenly lost.
Camouflage is a form of stealth that renders a unit hidden from enemy vision for a long period of time.
Camouflaged units become visible while an enemy champion is inside their detection radiusand they are within said enemy's line of sight (e.g. camouflaged unit is not already hidden by being inside a brush, enemy's line of sight is not obstructed by terrain or reduced below the detection radius by nearsight); when within the line of sight of an enemy Control Ward (900 units); or after being revealed by effects that apply True Sight.
While a camouflaged unit is visible, they will see an exclamation mark above their health bar, warning them that they can be seen.
A stealthed unit's character model briefly shimmers for every instance of damage taken while stealthed. This shimmering does not make the unit selectable nor remove the stealth effect, only compromises its position.

Innate: Periodically, a Tentacle will spawn next to nearby terrain. It can be killed by enemy basic attacks and will become dormant if Illaoi leaves it alone.
A Tentacle only attacks through Illaoi's abilities and does so by slamming the ground once, dealing physical damage to enemies hit. Whenever it hits at least one enemy champion, Illaoi is healed for a portion of her missing health.

A unit that is untargetable is an invalid target; it can neither be selected nor hit by most effects. Effects that have already been applied are not invalidated by the unit becoming untargetable, unless they are special-cased to do so.
Becoming untargetable will interrupt acqusition. This also causes non-champions to lose aggro. Many untargetabilities additionally destroy all incoming unit-targetedprojectiles.

A clone or decoy is a specific type of pet that attempts to imitate a champion, copying their current vitality, stats, items, level, and most status effects upon creation. They are considered champions against many effects that do not strictly require player champions, else they are considered minions either small or large among certain cases.
The damage they deal is attributed to them alone, but they transfer last hit and kill credit. Killing a clone awards 25 and 44.

Champion
Champions are the player-controlled characters in League of Legends. Each champion possesses unique abilities and attributes.
A unit that is nearsighted has their sight radius reduced and cannot see beyond their sight radius.
While nearsighted, units cannot reveal stealthedwards or traps. Nearsighted units lose vision of all their allies as well as all external sources of vision (including from wards or abilities). This prevents unit-targeted effects, including basic attacks, from being used outside of the unit's reduced sight radius. True sight and unobstructed vision do not bypass the vision blocked by nearsight.
Sources of nearsight do not stack with each other; only the application with the greatest sight reduction will take effect.
Interrupts:
Interrupts target commands if the nearsighted unit's target is outside of their new vision area and prevents automatic target acquisition.
Crowd control applied by one's self or an ally cannot be countered in any way, neither reduced in duration, resisted, nor removed unless special cased to do so.
The crowd control effect may still be cleansed if it is applied as a debuff separate from the originated ability.

Energized
Energized is an effect of certain items and runes that grants Charges, up to 100. Champions with Energized gain 6 Charges per basic attack and 1 Charge for every 24 units travelled by any means.
At 100 charges, they become fully Energized, empowering their next basic attack to consume the charges on-hit to trigger bonus effects. All sources of Energized stack with each other:
Rapid Firecannon grants bonus attack range and deals bonus damage.
Innate - Accelerando:Sona gains a permanent stack of Accelerando each time she hits an enemy champion with Hymn of Valor and each time she mitigates sufficient damage or heals damaged allies with Aria of Perseverance. If she has max stacks, she instead reduces the cooldown of Crescendo each time.
Innate - Melody:Sona'sbasic abilities incur a brief cooldown on her other basic abilities, and cause her to generate a unique aura for a short time that empowers herself and nearby allied champions.
Innate - Power Chord:Sona's basic abilities generate permanent stacks of Power Chord. At 3 stacks, her next basic attack consumes them all to become empowered with bonus magic damage and apply an additional effect based on the last basic ability cast.
Accelerando: For each stack, Sona gains basic ability haste.

Sweeper Drone
A Sweeper Drone is a device that sweeps the surrounding area, granting obscured vision of enemy units within that are not visible.
Stealthed wards and traps are revealed. Stealthed wards are also disabled, lingering for 2 seconds after no longer being revealed.
Each type of unit detected has a different colored silhouette.
A unit with unobstructed sight can see the full circle of their vision radius, ignoring all obstructions and being able to see into terrain. This effect does not allow the user to see into brush, although they will be able to see beyond the brush if within range.
Having unobstructed sight will benefit all forms of vision, including true sight and camouflage detection - i.e. you will be able to reveal stealthed units over walls where usually terrain would block true sight. Nearsight prevents this vision entirely; the user's sight radius will not infiltrate beyond terrain.

An attack reset is a mechanic that will result in a champion's attack timer being reset to zero. When this effect takes place during the basic attack's cooldown and not its windup, it allows the attacker to start a second attack quicker than normal.
Casting certain ability and item actives can reset the attack timer. Hail of Blades generates an additional stack of its effect each time the user resets their attack timer from attack resets.

Ward Rubble
Ward Rubble forms whenever a ward is killed, times out, or is replaced, indicating the recent presence of a ward. An indicator displays above the rubble, that fades over time. Rubble and its indicator remain for 5 minutes.
The indicator has three stages, based on minutes passed after the rubble forms. It fades once at minute 1, and it fades again at minute 3, before permanently being removed from the map at minute 5.

Powerball

Active:Rammuschannels for a few seconds to roll into a ball, gradually gaining bonus movement speed. Powerball can be recast within the duration, and does so automatically afterwards.
Rammus stops rolling upon hitting an enemy, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies and knocking them back. Enemies hit are then briefly stunned and slowed.
Unique – Trinket: Consume a charge to place an invisible Totem Ward at the target location, which grants sight of the surrounding area for 90 – 120 (based on average champion level) seconds (210 – 120 (based on average champion level) seconds recharge time; 2 charges; 600 range).
Limitations:
