4. Visa type

According to different visa types, the applicant provides:

(1) Visitor visa (F)

Those who come to China to engage in exchanges, visits, inspections, training and other activities must provide original documents such as relevant cooperation and exchange projects.

(2) Business visa (Type M)

To engage in commercial trade activities in China, you need to provide:

1. Records of correspondence documents, letters, and emails;

2. Purchase and sale contract (the official seals of both Chinese and foreign companies are required, and other materials must be stamped with the official seal of the inviting unit);

3. If the inviting enterprise has the right to import and export business, a copy of the customs registration and filing certificate of the import and export business right of the inviting enterprise with a forgery code must be provided;

4. If the inviting enterprise itself does not have the right to import and export operation, and the enterprise with the right to import and export operation handles the import and export business on its behalf, a copy of the agency agreement between the two parties and a copy of the bank statement of the transfer of the manufacturer printed by the bank, as well as a copy of the customs registration and filing certificate of the import and export operation right of the agency enterprise with a forgery code;

5. Copies of customs declaration and customs export bill of lading;

6. A copy of the foreign-related income declaration issued by the bank;

7. A copy of the VAT invoice of the manufacturer for the transaction.

5. Special reminder

(1) The copies of the submitted materials must be stamped with the official seal of the applicant (enterprise); If the materials involve foreign languages, a Chinese translation must be provided.

(2) In any of the following circumstances, the application qualification of the applicant unit (enterprise) will be suspended, and the relevant clues will be transferred to the public security and other departments for handling in accordance with the law:

1. The invitee has committed illegal acts after entering the country;

2. The inviting unit has the fact of buying and selling;

3. Invite the unit to submit false materials;

4. Invite unit personnel to act on behalf of other units in violation of regulations;

5. The activities engaged in by the invitee in China are inconsistent with the purpose of the original application;

(3) According to the notice of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, since April 16, 2018, the "Confirmation Letter of Invitation of the Authorized Unit" has been officially renamed the "Invitation Verification Form", and its purpose remains unchanged, and it is still one of the materials for foreigners to apply for visas to China. Applying for the "Invitation Verification Form" for foreigners to come to China is one of the links of visa application, and does not belong to administrative licensing or administrative approval.

(4) In accordance with the commitment of the Letter of Guarantee, each applicant (enterprise) shall go through the cancellation procedures with the foreign affairs department of the place where the invited foreigner is invited (provide a scanned copy of the foreigner's passport and the border inspection page of departure) within 10 working days after leaving the country.

(5) Trade import and export agency enterprises must be established for more than one year.

(6) The "Invitation Verification Form" is only a supporting material for applying for a visa to China, and the final decision on issuing a visa lies with the Chinese embassy or consulate abroad.
