7 开客舱门必须双人制,且必须有1名授权人员,防止滑梯包释放。

8 所有带保护盖按钮禁止无关人员操作,防止误放RAT、氧气面罩。
Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from operating any buttons with protective covers to prevent accidental deployment of the RAT or oxygen masks.
9 开关所有舱门确保行程内无障碍物,及时安装保护装置,否则舱门运动时会受损。
Ensure no obstructions within the travel path when opening or closing any door, and install protective devices promptly to prevent door damage during movement.
10 发动机区域工作做好个人防护,此区域易产生人员撞伤或烫伤。

11 打压动舵面之前需要确认行进范围内无障碍物、打压期间需要人员监护,舵面的意外作动,会导致飞机受损,人员受伤。

1 关于下发《紧固件拆装》维修警示信息的通知  Notice on Issuing the Maintenance Alert Information for "Fastener Removal and Installation"2022年6月,某航空公司一架A320NEO飞机起飞爬升阶段出现发动机超温故障,机组收油门到慢车后消失,经检查系前期停场执行发动机改装工作时,在第10级高压引气管上错误安装了较短的螺栓,运行中长期振动导致管路脱开后高温其他泄露,并出发警告。 建议措施: 1、梳理本单位维修过程中可用拆装存放要求和管理规范,确保: (1)对难以挂签的拆下件具有明确的规范管理措施(如装入专用自封袋或者存放盒,并标识位置或者件号),以预防混放和错误安装; (2)对发动机、起落架、飞行操纵等重要系统涉及的难以挂签的拆下件,应当在装入专用自封袋或者存放盒时标注件号,并在恢复安装时核实件号。 2、质量安全部门组织开展一次对于拆下可用件存放要求和管理规范的专项自查,及时纠正存在的问题,并纳入日常内部审核范围和质量安全风险清单持续管控。
In June 2022, an A320NEO aircraft operated by an airline experienced an engine overtemperature fault during the climb phase after takeoff. The warning disappeared after the crew reduced the throttle to idle. Investigation revealed that during a previous engine modification task, shorter bolts were incorrectly installed on the 10th-stage high-pressure bleed air pipe. Prolonged vibration in operation caused the pipe to detach, resulting in high-temperature leakage and triggering the warning. Recommended actions: 1. Review your organization's requirements and management standards for the removal, installation, and storage of reusable parts to ensure: (1) Clear management measures are in place for removed parts that are difficult to tag (e.g., placing them in dedicated resealable bags or storage boxes with location or part number labels) to prevent misplacement and incorrect installation; (2) For critical systems such as engines, landing gear, and flight controls, removed parts that are difficult to tag should be labeled with part numbers when placed in dedicated resealable bags or storage boxes, and the part numbers should be verified during reinstallation. 2. The quality and safety department should conduct a special self-inspection on the storage requirements and management standards for removed reusable parts, promptly correct any issues identified, and incorporate them into routine internal audits and the quality and safety risk control list for continuous management.
2 关于近期一起正面行为认定的通告  Notice Regarding Recent Recognition of Positive Behavior近期,定检维修分部上报一起员工正面行为事件,经维修质量分部评估,现将具体情况通报如下: 2022年06月14日,定检维修分部员工赵金勇接MCC通知,华龙航空B-8131飞机需执行风挡玻璃框涡流电导率检测,向我司求援,赵金勇接到指令后第一时间赶往现场,历时3.5小时完成检测工作,确保客户飞机按时恢复运行,也为公司增加了收入。 经评估认定: 定检维修分部赵金勇支援华龙航空,为公司创收的行为属维修工程部正面行为,奖励安全积分5分。 请各分部持续做好维修作风正面行为宣贯,树立先进典型,主动发掘日常工作中涉及维修作风的各类正面行为,弘扬维修“正能量”,以作风建设长效机制为抓手,不断推进维修系统作风建设,提升维修系统整体工作作风。
Recently, the Base Maintenance Division reported a positive employee behavior incident. After evaluation by the Maintenance Quality Division, the details are as follows: On June 14, 2022, Zhao Jinyong, an employee of the Base Maintenance Division, was notified by MCC that B-8131 aircraft of Huolong Airlines required an eddy current conductivity test for the windshield frame and requested assistance. Zhao Jinyong immediately went to the site and completed the test in 3.5 hours, ensuring the timely return to service of the customer's aircraft and generating additional revenue for the company. The evaluation concluded: Zhao Jinyong's support for Huolong Airlines, which contributed to company revenue, is recognized as positive behavior within the Maintenance Engineering Department, and he is awarded 5 safety points. All divisions are encouraged to continue promoting positive maintenance practices, setting advanced examples, actively identifying positive behaviors related to maintenance conduct in daily work, and fostering "positive energy" in maintenance. Using the long-term mechanism for conduct improvement as a tool, efforts should be made to continuously advance the conduct development of the maintenance system and enhance the overall work ethic of the maintenance system.
3 关于近期一起正面行为认定的通告  Notice Regarding Recent Recognition of Positive Behavior近期,工程技术分部上报一起员工正面行为事件,经维修质量分部评估,现将具体情况通报如下: 2022年1月,电子工程师蒋飞燕关注到公司A320机队RA天线可靠性下降,拆换频次高,随即与空客展开沟通,并获得空客出具的RA天线缺陷的文件,蒋飞燕以空客出具的文件为依据要求生产厂家柯林斯解决该缺陷,厂家答复缺陷已修复。蒋飞燕查询机队故障记录发现RA天线仍然有故障出现,因此又联系厂家柯林斯并要求给予我司补偿,经过多番沟通以及专业讲解,2022年4月份厂家柯林斯最终同意提供两个RA天线给我司使用(价值9560美金,免费送给我司,无需归还),该两个天线已于2022年4月27日入库。 经评估认定: 工程技术分部蒋飞燕工作中认真负责、对部件可靠性敏感度高,积极主动与厂家沟通,获取免费部件,降低维修成本的行为属维修工程部正面行为,奖励安全积分2分。 请各分部持续做好维修作风正面行为宣贯,树立先进典型,主动发掘日常工作中涉及维修作风的各类正面行为,弘扬维修“正能量”,以作风建设长效机制为抓手,不断推进维修系统作风建设,提升维修系统整体工作作风。
Recently, the Engineering & Technical Division reported an incident of positive employee behavior. After evaluation by the Maintenance Quality Division, the details are hereby communicated as follows: In January 2022, Avionics Engineer Jiang Feiyan noticed a decline in the reliability of RA antennas in the company's A320 fleet, with frequent replacements. She proactively engaged with Airbus and obtained documentation from Airbus confirming the RA antenna defect. Based on this documentation, Jiang Feiyan requested the manufacturer, Collins, to resolve the issue. The manufacturer responded that the defect had been fixed. However, upon reviewing fleet fault records, Jiang Feiyan found that RA antenna failures persisted. She then contacted Collins again and demanded compensation for our company. Through persistent communication and professional negotiation, Collins agreed in April 2022 to provide two RA antennas (valued at $9,560) free of charge without requiring return. These antennas were received into inventory on April 27, 2022. Evaluation Conclusion: Jiang Feiyan from the Engineering & Technical Division demonstrated diligence, a keen awareness of component reliability, and proactive engagement with the manufacturer to secure free parts, thereby reducing maintenance costs. This behavior is recognized as a positive contribution to the Maintenance Engineering Department and is rewarded with 2 safety points. All divisions are encouraged to continue promoting positive maintenance practices, setting exemplary models, and actively identifying commendable behaviors in daily operations that reflect maintenance professionalism. Upholding the "positive culture" of maintenance and leveraging long-term mechanisms for work ethic improvement will further advance the overall professionalism of the maintenance system.
