设备环境要求
Device environment requirements

为了防止误操作或给机械性能带来影响、请遵守以下事项。
In order to prevent misoperation or influence on the mechanical properties, please observe the following precautions.

1．设备使用环境：
1．Device usage environment:

1) 环境温度为 10~35℃

第一章 总述
Chapter 1 Overview

第一节、AOI 简介
Section 1: Introduction to AOI

AOI，全称 Automatic Optical Inspection，即自动光学检测设备，是基于模拟 人眼，运行机器视觉技术，在焊接工艺生产中代替人，来检测 PCBA 中的常见缺陷的 一种高效的智能设备。
AOI, the full name of Automatic Optical Inspection, is based on simulating the human eye, running machine vision technology, in the welding process production instead of humans, to detect common defects in PCBAof smart devices.

随着 PCB 越来越复杂，元件越来越小型化，传统的 ICT 与功能测试正变得越来 越费力和耗时。使用针床 (bed-of-nails) 测试很难获得对密、细间距板的测试探 针的物理空间；对高密度负责的表面贴装电路板 (PCBA) ，人工目检既不可靠也不 经济，而面对微小的元器件，如 0402 型、01005 型等，人工目检实际上已失去了意 义。为了克服之上存在的障碍，AOI 因运而生，是对在线测试(ICT)和功能测试(F/T) 的一种有力补充。它可以帮助 PCBA 生产商提高 ICT (F/T) 的通过率、降低目检的人 工成本和 ICT 治具的制作成本，避免 ICT 成为产能瓶颈，缩短新产品产能提升周期， 以及通过统计有效的控制产品质量，提升产品的品质。
As PCBs become more complex and components become miniaturized, traditional ICT and functional testing is becoming more laborious and time-consuming. It is difficult to obtain the physical space for test probes on dense, finely spaced plates using bed-of-nails testing; Manual visual inspection of high-density and responsible surface-mount circuit boards (PCBAs) is neither reliable nor economical, and in the case of tiny components such as Type 0402, Type 01005, etc., manual visual inspection is virtually meaningless. To overcome these obstacles, AOI was created as a powerful complement to in-circuit testing (ICT) and functional testing (F/T). It can help PCBA manufacturers improve the pass rate of ICT (F/T), reduce the labor cost of visual inspection and the production cost of ICT fixtures, avoid ICT becoming a capacity bottleneck, shorten the production capacity ramp-up cycle of new products, and improve product quality through statistical and effective product quality control.

AOI 技术可应用到 PCBA 生产线的多个位置，镭晨 AOI 可在以下五个检测位置提 供有效高质量的品质检测：
AOI technology can be applied to multiple locations in the PCBA production line, and Leichen AOI can provide effective and high-quality quality inspection at the following five inspection locations:

1) 锡膏印刷后：在印刷机印刷锡膏后，能检测印刷过程中的缺陷，通过对印刷 锡膏的检测，避免 PCBA 生产在贴片前产生缺陷，降低了PCBA 板的维修成本。
1) After solder paste printing: After printing solder paste on the printing machine, it can detect defects in the printing process, and through the detection of printing solder paste, it can avoid defects in PCBA production before mounting, and reduce the maintenance cost of PCBA board.

2) 回流焊前：该位置应该是贴片后、回流焊前，该位置能够检测锡膏和贴片的 好坏，防止 PCBA 在回流焊前产生缺陷，降低了PCBA 板的维修成本。
2) Before reflow soldering: This position should be after the mount and before the reflow soldering, which can detect the quality of the solder paste and the SMD, prevent the PCBA from defecting before reflow soldering, and reduce the maintenance cost of the PCBA board.

第一节、设备外观清洁
Section 1: The appearance of the equipment is clean

机器外观清洁是指对机壳钣金各个部位清洁。机器外观如图所示。
Machine appearance cleaning refers to the cleaning of all parts of the casing sheet metal. The appearance of the machine is shown in the picture.

① 外观清洁前准备手套、干净棉布。
(1) Prepare gloves and a clean cotton cloth before cleaning.

② 将设备关闭，再关闭设备电源总开关。
(2) Turn off the device, and then turn off the main power switch of the device.

③ 带上手套，用干净棉布清洁机器外壳的灰尘。
(3) Wear gloves and clean the dust from the machine shell with a clean cotton cloth.

注意：如设备外壳有比较难擦拭的污迹，请用酒精或专用清洁剂擦除；擦拭 油漆表面时，请勿用天那水或其它带腐蚀性的液体擦拭设备外壳否则将造成设 备漆面损坏。

注意：拆风扇外防护窗时，请小心！位于外防护窗四个内侧面分别带有扣子， 如图四所示一只手用一字螺丝刀往外顶住边沿，另一只手轻轻拔起外防护窗。

清洁步骤：
Cleaning Steps:

① 机器关机，用一字螺丝刀将风扇外防护窗从机器中拆下来 (风扇其它部件不 需拆卸) ，如图六所示。
(1) Turn off the machine, use a flathead screwdriver to remove the fan outer protective window from the machine (other parts of the fan do not need to be disassembled), as shown in Figure 6.

② 用干抹布清洁风扇外防护窗、叶片、钣金几个部分，如图七-八所示。
(2) Use a dry rag to clean the outer protective window, blades, and sheet metal parts of the fan, as shown in Figure 7-8.

③ 清理防尘网灰尘如图九所示。(有条件的可用清水清洗防尘网，再自然风干。)
(3) Clean the dust filter as shown in Figure 9. (If possible, you can clean the dust filter with clean water and then air dry it naturally.) )

④ 清洁完成后，装好风扇，收拾工具。
(4) After cleaning, install the fan and put away the tools.
