To enroll in a payment plan, log into WesPortal > Student Account and select the Payment Plans tab. You will see the payment plan options available to you. The earlier you enroll in a plan, the more installments you can have, so be sure to note the expiration date on each offer. Under FERPA (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act), a student’s account is private unless they grant access to it. The student can grant access to others by creating an Authorized User account. Once established, the Authorized User will receive all future statements and have the ability to make online payments and view statement history. Once logged in, students select “Set Up Authorized Users” on the Account Summary tab to establish each Authorized User individually. An email announcing that a new statement is ready to be viewed online is sent to all students via their assigned Wesleyan email accounts and to the email accounts of Authorized Users designated by the students. Click on the Account Activity tab, select a statement, and click “See Details” to view charges.
