On the EUDR page, you as a supplier can manage the geodata of your land plots. You can upload new land plot data in various file formats to your Supplier Portal, add new land plots to the system manually or edit geodata that has already been created. Find out how this works in this article.

Initial page view before first land plot data upload

When you visit the EUDR page for the first time and you do not have any land plots created in your Supplier Portal yet, you will see the screen Land plot setup.

Here you can already download various templates, upload supported files with land plot data and add land plots manually.

If required, click on Download templates and select a file format for which you want to download a template in the pop-up window. Available templates: Excel, GeoJSON, KML, CSV, Shapefile, GML, GPKG.

To start the land plot upload with a correctly filled out and compatible file, click on Upload file. The following file formats are currently supported: .xlsx, .geojson, .csv, .zip (shapefiles only), .kml, .kmz, .gpkg or .gml.

If you want to add a land plot manually, click on Land plot location instead. Check the rest of this Help Center page to know what to do in the further steps of the file upload or manual plot creation sections.

If you already have one or more land plots created in your Supplier Portal, the page view changes to show your land plots in a list, a table view and on the world map. But the land plot upload / creation process remains basically the same as before, just with slighty different buttons.

Note  笔记

You can only upload land plots in the osapiens Supplier Portal that are Point coordinates or Polygons. Other variants (like lines that do not form a polygon) are not compatible with the EUDR law and therefore not supported.

Point coordinate: Consists of a single longitude and latitude value.

Proceed as follows to upload new land plot data on the EUDR page via a supported file format:

If you need a template file for your upload first, click on the down arrow right next to EXCEL TEMPLATE and select the file format for which you want to download a template by clicking on it. Then click on the big button to the left of it that now says [SELECTED FORMAT] TEMPLATE to actually download the template.

Fill out the template correctly with the geodata of your land plots according to the requirements. Then click on UPLOAD in the Supplier Portal.

In step 01 Upload file, click on BROWSE FOR A FILE and select the file that you want to upload on your computer or drag&drop the file onto the Upload file area. You will then be directed to the next step automatically.

In step 02 Manage land plots, you can see all valid and invalid land plots from your file.

Under VALID PLOTS you can see all land plots that can be imported. Activate the individual checkboxes next to all the land plots that you want to import or activate the checkbox directly under Select land plots to import to select all valid land plots at once.
在 “有效地块” 下，您可以查看所有可导入的地块。勾选所有待导入地块旁边的复选框，或直接勾选 “选择要导入的地块” 下方的复选框，一次性选中所有有效地块。

You can complete the land plot data import process with the IMPORT X PLOTS button at the bottom right.

Click on VIEW next to a land plot to open the respective detail page.
单击地块旁边的 “查看” 以打开相应的详细信息页面。

On the detail page of a land plot, you can change the unique Plot ID or select a different Country for the land plot if required.
在土地地块的详细信息页面上，您可以根据需要更改唯一的地块 ID 或为土地地块选择不同的国家/地区 。

You can select EUDR-relevant commodities that are produced on this plot in the dropdown Commodities. Click on the X next to a commodity to remove this commodity again.
您可以在 “商品” 下拉菜单中选择此地块生产的符合 EUDR 标准的商品。点击商品旁边的 X 即可再次移除该商品。

You can also edit the existing GEO DATA POINTS of the land plot or delete them using the trashcan button.

It is also possible to add additional geo data points for the land plot. To do this, use the + ADD DATA POINT button.
您还可以为地块添加其他地理数据点。为此，请使用 “+ 添加数据点” 按钮。

If you have made any changes, click on SAVE at the upper right to apply them. Or click on DISCARD to revert the changes.

Click on the back arrow at the upper left to go back to the previous page. There, click on IMPORT X PLOTS at the bottom right to complete the land plot data import process.

Once you have completed the land plot data import process, you will see a corresponding page with the success message Import process completed and the number of land plots created. In our case, we also updated the land plot named “Lauperswil-Forest” that already existed in our Supplier Portal before, so the message also shows the number of land plots updated.

Click on OK at the bottom right.

You are now back on the EUDR page and can see the land plots that you have just added via the file upload in the list on the left.

If required, select a specific country from the Country dropdown to filter the list according to your land plots in this country.

You can use the grey search field named Search by external ID to search for plot IDs or the names of the land plots.

On the right-hand side you can see your land plots on the world map. You can also switch to the Table view with the respective button on the right above the world map.

Use the Enter fullscreen button at the bottom right of the map to display the world map in full screen.

Proceed as follows to create new land plot data in your Supplier Portal manually:

Make sure that you are on the EUDR page. Click on CREATE at the upper right.

You will land on the Land plots > New page. Define the unique naming of your land plot in the Plot ID field. This can consist of letters and numbers.
您将进入 “土地地块 >”新页面。请在 “地块 ID” 字段中为您的地块指定唯一名称。名称可以由字母和数字组成。

Select the corresponding country for your land plot in the Country dropdown. You can select EUDR-relevant commodities that are produced on this plot in the dropdown Commodities. Click on the X next to a commodity to remove this commodity again.

Then click on EDIT next to Geo data.

You can enter the geo data for your land plot manually in the Latitude and Longitude fields.

If you need more than three geo data points for your land plot, click on + ADD DATA POINT to add more fields for Latitude and Longitude.

Alternatively, you can also draw your land plot on the world map on the right. Hold down the left mouse button on the map and move the mouse to move the map in this direction. Alternatively, you can also use the arrow keys on your keyboard. Hold down the right mouse button on the map and move the mouse to rotate the map in this direction.

You can zoom in and out on the world map using the mouse wheel or the + and - buttons.

Use the Find my location button at the bottom right and allow the sharing of your location in the browser pop-up afterwards to show your current location on the world map.

Use these functionalities to find your land plot on the world map. Then click on the Polygon tool button at the upper left of the map.

Click several times with the cursor on the world map to precisely draw your land plot with the corresponding geo data. Click on one of the two white dots on the drawn area to finalise the drawing.

You can now see the land plot that you have just drawn and the associated geo data. If necessary, you can change the Latitude or Longitude of individual geo data points by adjusting the numerical values in the corresponding fields.

If necessary, you can remove a geo data point by clicking on the trashcan button to the right of it.

Use the + ADD DATA POINT button to add additional latitude and longitude fields if required. You must then enter the numerical values manually.

If necessary, click on the trashcan button at the upper left of the map to delete all geo data and start drawing the land plot again.

When you are finished, click on APPLY at the bottom right.

You are now back on the Land plots > New page and can see the land plot that you have just drawn on the map on the right-hand side.

Click on SAVE at the upper right to finalise the creation of your land plot.

This completes the creation process and takes you to the detail page of your land plot. Here you can EDIT the land plot again or, if necessary, DELETE it. Instead, click on the back arrow at the upper left.

You are now back on the EUDR page and can see the land plot that you have just added manually in the list on the left. You can also see this land plot on the world map on the right. Or in the Table view, if you switch to it via the corresponding button on the right above the world map.

Proceed as follows to edit land plots that have already been created:

Click on the land plot that you want to edit in the list on the left. (Or in the table view click on the respective line of the land plot that you want to edit.)
在左侧列表中点击您想要编辑的地块。（或者在表格视图中，点击您想要编辑的地块的相应行。）

You will land on the detail page of your land plot. If required, you can also DELETE the land plot here by clicking on the button with the same name at the upper right.

If necessary, change the unique naming of the land plot in the Plot ID field.
如有必要，请在 “地块 ID” 字段中更改地块的唯一命名。

If necessary, change the corresponding country for your land plot in the Country dropdown menu.

If necessary, change the EUDR-relevant commodities that are produced on this land plot in the Commodities dropdown. Click on the X next to a commodity to remove this commodity again.

If necessary, click on EDIT to change the geo data for your land plot.

You can see the land plot and the associated geo data. If necessary, you can change the Latitude or Longitude of individual geo data points by adjusting the numerical values in the corresponding fields.

If necessary, you can remove a geo data point by clicking on the trashcan button to the right of it.

Finally, click on APPLY at the bottom right to apply your changes.

You are back on the detail page of your land plot. If you want to save the changes you have just made, click on SAVE at the upper right.

If you want to discard your changes, click on CANCEL instead.
如果您想放弃更改，请单击 “取消” 。

Then click on the back arrow at the upper left to return to the overview page of all land plots.
