Asan active promoter of industry sustainability, Qiaxing continues to deepen its global layout, steadily increasing strategic investment in its factories in Mexico and Portugal. We support the global implementation of sustainable concepts with two core capabilities: first, “green product innovation” rooted in materials and mold technology, and second, “sustainable operational capability” across global factories. Through this “dual-drive” model, we are effectively turning our green commitments into trusted solutions for our customers.

Co-building the entire chain,implementing greenoperations
Qiaxing Groupcontinues to advance the upgrade of its environmental management system, using the construction of “green factories” as a key focus to systematically promote green transformation.Wereplicate and promote the successful experiences accumulated in China globally, introducing advanced processes such as high solid content in the Mexico and Portugal factories, effectively reducing the environmental impact ofsprayingand electroplating stages. To achieve green development goals, the group invested 1,495 thousand USD in environmental protection and 230 thousand USD in energy-saving projects in 2024. At the same time,weset higher requirements for the supply chain, empoweringsupplierswith experttrainingto support low-carbon development and promote collaborative transformation upstream and downstream.
Technology-driven,embedding green genes
Qiaxing Group is guided by sustainable design, promoting single-material components and replaceable parts to enhance product recyclability.We actively promote PCR and bio-based materials as alternatives to traditional plastics,and leverage leading mold and injection molding technologies to achieve end-to-end application of innovative materials in products. At the same time,we collaborate with upstream partners in joint R&D to explore sustainable solutions at the source of plastics. In 2024,the Group added 125 new authorized patents, continuously injecting innovative momentum into high-quality development.

Qiaxing Group adheres to the “Health, Harmony, and Prosperity” philosophy, placing occupational health and safety as a top priority,and is committed to creating a fair, inclusive, and warm working environment. In safeguarding employees’ core rights, the Kunshan headquarters passed third-party certification for living wages in 2024. We advocate gender equality through special interviews, conduct sign language training to promote barrier-free communication with hearing-impaired colleagues, and regularly carry out satisfaction surveys on dormitories and canteens,putting care into practice. Business Strategic Layout
To meet global market demand, Qiaxing Group continuously advances its international business layout, establishing production bases, warehouses, sales offices, and R&D design centers in multiple countries and regions including China, Europe, the US East Coast and West Coast, and Mexico, to better serve customers worldwide. Currently, the company has four production bases located in Kunshan, Cixi, and Taizhou in China, as well as Mexico City, Mexico. All company production bases apply cutting-edge technology and are equipped with advanced equipment to meet product innovation needs and ensure excellent product quality.
The successful commissioning of Qiaxing Co., Ltd.'s (Mexico) factory in 2022 marked an important milestone in the company's expansion of its global footprint. Following this, the company further accelerated its global production pace, completing the Phase II project of the Mexico factory in 2024. The European Portugal factory project is expected to be commissioned in July 2025, laying a solid foundation for the future expansion of Qiaxing Group's global manufacturing map.

In 2024, Qiaxing Group invited experts to participate. Qiaxing Group regards good corporate governance as an important cornerstone for survival and development, continuously improving various management systems, strengthening internal supervision, and perfecting risk prevention mechanisms to ensure the company's sustainable and healthy development.
Based on the investors' expected targets and the group's strategic planning each year, the company formulates annual performance budget goals and breaks down these goals in detail to each department, constructing a Financial &Non Financial KPIs Dashboard (Financial & Non-Financial Key Performance Indicators Dashboard) to clearly present the specific financial indicators each department needs to achieve.
The company holds regular Steering Committee Meetings monthly and Board of Directors (BOD) Meetings quarterly to track the company's financial results, business expansion, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, innovation development, and other strategic initiatives. Combined with industry trends and changes in the market environment, other strategic initiatives are timely adjusted and optimized to ensure the company always maintains keen market insight and strong strategic execution capabilities.
In daily management, the company tracks and regularly evaluates the achievement of relevant indicators during weekly and monthly management meetings. Once a red alert is detected (i.e., deviation from the set target exceeds 5%), an in-depth analysis is immediately launched to identify the root cause of the problem, and a targeted action plan is quickly formulated to ensure all indicators progress normally and to guarantee the smooth realization of the company's overall strategic goals.
In communication and collaboration with investors, the company strictly follows established procedures, submitting key information such as financial data and headcount to investors quarterly to ensure they timely and accurately understand the company's operational status.
In addition, the company also holds meetings with the investment team from time to time based on actual business needs to jointly discuss the company's KPI Dashboard (Key Performance Indicator Dashboard) and performance forecasts. Qiaxing Group attaches great importance to business ethics management. The company's board of directors and the administrative management department are directly responsible for business ethics supervision, and the legal department conducts daily supervision and inspection of the business ethics practices of the company and employees, regularly carrying out business ethics audits to ensure that the group's regulations are implemented effectively, forming a long-term mechanism for preventing integrity risks.
In terms of anti-corruption management, the company strictly complies with the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and other relevant laws and regulations of the company's location and countries (regions). Benchmarking against the highest standards such as SA80002014, it has formulated and implemented internal management systems such as the Employee Handbook and the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, requiring employees to adhere to business ethics codes of conduct and fostering a clean and upright corporate culture atmosphere.

Governance
Qiaxing Group strictly complies with the "Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Occupational Disease Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant laws and regulations. The company has established and continuously improved the occupational health and safety management system, constantly strengthening the company's safety management capabilities and production safety level.
The company has established an EHS Committee, composed of the company's main leaders, department heads, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, and the labor union. It is responsible for coordinating and deciding on occupational health and safety strategic planning, formulating and implementing occupational health and safety-related policies, building a safety risk management mechanism, supervising occupational health and safety matters, and regularly organizing safety management meetings to ensure the company's long-term safe production.
The company has set up the Safety and Environmental Protection Department as the comprehensive management body for safety, environmental protection, and fire protection. It is staffed with 9 full-time safety personnel and 5 part-time safety managers from various factories, responsible for daily hazard identification and remediation, occupational health management, environmental protection management, sustainable development management, and EHS-related training.
