当スタジオでは、お客様の個人情報に関して、個人情報保護に関する法律（以下、個人情報保護法という）その他の法令・規範を遵守し、以下で述べる内容に従い適正に取り扱うことをお約束します。また、取引先関係者の個人番号及び特定個人情報（以下、個人番号と特定個人情報を特定個人情報等という）に関して、行政手続きにおける特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律等に基づき適切に取り扱うことを下記に定めます。

     • （カ）当スタジオの保有個人データに関して訂正、追加等のご請求をされた場合に、利用目的からして訂正等が必要ない場合やご要求が事実とは相違する場合

     • （キ）当スタジオの保有個人データに関して利用停止等のご請求をされた場合に、当スタジオの手続上の違反（利用目的外の利用、取得又は3.（1）～（7）に該当する事由以外での第三者への提供）が認められない場合

   • （4）当スタジオでは、13歳未満のお客様の個人情報の取扱いについては、特別な配慮を行います。13歳未満のお客様から個人情報をお知らせいただく場合は、必ず保護者の方の承認を得たうえで、個人情報を提供していただきますようお願いいたします。
