You will apply your knowledge of different perspectives of entrepreneurial strategy to explain business outcomes. As part of the case analysis, you will assess resource allocation decisions, capability development options, organizational design choices, partnership strategies and the design of the business model.

You will analyse the case in teams of 4 to 5 students. You will be provided a structured worksheet to support your analysis. Each section of the worksheet is graded along with your final analysis of the case.

The assessment takes place in class in Week 11. The time allocated to analyse the case is structured as follows.
